As a trained psychologist (Humboldt University of Berlin), certified art therapist, and member of the Colombian Association of Art Therapy, I support you with individual online art therapy that prioritizes your emotional well-being and personal growth.
I also offer online teamwork workshops for companies on topics such as creativity and teamwork.
What is Art Therapy?
Art therapy is a powerful and innovative approach that combines creative expression and the therapeutic process to support mental health, general well-being, and personal growth.
Art therapy goes beyond mere relaxation and the enjoyment of art making. Through tangible creation it is possible to express feelings that are difficult to put into words. The resulting artworks can reveal insights that are not easily accessible for the conscious mind. These insights can in turn inspire important changes. An art therapy session offers a safe space to try out new ways to deal with challenging life situations in a playful and fearfree way.
Special artistic talent is not required – the more spontaneous and “raw” the artworks, the better!
